Challenge Grand Canyon!

In October 2011, some of our supporters are undertaking a trek in the Grand Canyon in order to raise funds for us. Although it is now too late to join this event, look out for similar ones in the future. In the meantime, we wish all the trekkers a very enjoyable and successful trip.

Nina Benscher, Fundraising Manager of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust who is organising the challenge which will take people through one of the world’s most beautiful natural wonders said, “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for people to see what can only be described as a glimpse of paradise. Participants will spend five days trekking and camping out in the elements, encountering stunning landscapes and scenery, whilst at the same time helping to raise vital funds for the Air Ambulance.”
