On Sunday 31st May Essex Air Ambulance hosted its very first Colne Valley Cycle Ride and Family Fun Day. Dozens of cyclists turned out on a glorious sunny day to take part in a 25 mile cycle ride around the beautiful Colne Valley. Brian Shipley; Chair of Trustees was in attendance and officially set off the first cyclists at the start line.
Earls Colne Business Park was the venue for this event including the Family Fun Day. There was plenty of entertainment and refreshments for the whole family to enjoy. Attractions included a bouncy castle, face painting, craft stands, catering units and an Essex Air Ambulance merchandise stand.
