Sunday the 13th September saw the 10th Anniversary Essex Air Ambulance Motorcycle run from Ford Dunton up to Harwich.
last years event which was sponsored by Equity Red Star was fantastic with over 5000 bikers taking part and hundreds of non bikers joining in up in Harwich. The day was a huge success and we are pleased to announce that its a record year with an amazing £41,200 being raised.
Wendy Byland from the Essex Air Ambulance said, 'We’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in putting this event on and making it so successful. To raise such a phenomenal amount at the tenth anniversary of the Motorcycle Run is fantastic. Without the help and support of all the people on the motorcycle run committee and the participants we just couldn’t do it!!
